Hi,

To narrow down the cause of the problem, please:

(1) First make sure that you are using the latest CAD Viewer 4.0 software here: http://www.guthcad.com/dlviewer.htm

(2) Instead of printing, Save the set of drawings as a PDF (select the 'All drawings' when the 'Save As PDF' dialog appears.)

- have a look at the resultant PDF file
- does it contain all the drawings printed ok?

- if yes, then most likely the problem is to do with your HP DesignJet printer driver, or maybe your system, or there could be some other problem such as insufficient memory or disk space (i.e. to spool or queue all the drawings.) This is a function of your printer driver and/or system and is not to do with the CAD Viewer software. The first step to take in this case would be to check that you have the most up to date printer driver for your printer. Go to http://www.hp.com Also check in the HP DesignJet Properties, e.g. the HP DesignJet 350C printer has a setting in the 'Advanced' tab about what to do if the printer runs out of memory - the options are 'Process document in Printer' or 'Process document in computer' - change the setting to see if it has an effect.

- if no, i.e. the PDF file contains the same errors as the printer then it is likely the problem is with the software. In that case we would need to get hold of a set of drawings that causes the problem, so that we can attempt to reproduce the problem here.

thanks,
