I wanted to know how much it would cost to upgrade our 5 user license to 10.Half of the 10 user price, so US 225.00.

If using the online order form, order the 10 user, and put a note in the 'comments' section, "upgrading from 5 to 10 at US 225.00". Ignore the stated total price, we process the orders manually, and you will only be charged the upgrade price.
