cyrrilic letters showing in unreadable form. It seams to me some troubles with codepage. They shown in 1252 codepage I think...

When I change in the registry nls1252 to 1251 cyrrilic letters shown in the KOI8-R codepage. Experiments with ini-file had no results :(

Hi,

Try making this setting in DXF.INI:

[DefaultsIn]
SymHigh=0

AND also use the TrueType fonts setting in CAD Viewer (i.e. Settings | TrueType fonts.)

best regards,

Hager,

Ok, unfortunately the current CAD Viewer has not got proper support for Cyrillic fonts. If you want to pursue it further try this: In DXF.INI make these settings:

[DefaultFont]
8=CYRILLIC
29=CYRILLIC

[DefaultsIn]
UseCodePage=1

Don't hold your hopes too high that the above will work, i've got a feeling that some work was done on implementing Cyrillic font support, but that it is not completed. But who knows you might be lucky!

Good luck.
Paul G.

PS You are also welcome to email me a sample drawing, and at least if we cannot give a solution right away we will keep it as a reference for eventual proper Cyrillic font support.
