View Full Version : Printing multiple areas of on page
When watching a demonstration of Cadviewer 4 (4.5 now), one of the features we were sold on was when printing, you could divide a dwg into multiple section and print each individual section full size. I can't seem to find or remember what the print command was to do this. This is very useful for our shop when they can't view an entire image clearly. Thanks!

Hi,
The option can be enabled via the 'print' setting in CVUSER.INI.
CVUSER.INI is located under the user's 'Application Data' folder,
%APPDATA%\GuthCAD\CV4.5\CVUSER.INI
E.g. on my computer it is:
C:\Documents and Settings\paul.guthcad\Application Data\GuthCAD\CV4.5>
The Application Data folder can opened in XP by:
Start | Run | %APPDATA%
Edit CVUSER.INI using a plain text editor (e.g. Notepad). Locate the
'print' entry and set it to '2'.
[Run]
print=2
Restart CAD Viewer. The multi-page print option will (or should) be enabled. The option appears in the the CAD Viewer Print Options dialog - see attached pic.
PS We will enable the Multipage print option by default in future versions.
thanks
