View output in v4.0 A.25

I also have CADViewer 5 installed but when I select View Output, I get an error message telling me that I need to install CADViewer. I then updated ARCv2CAD but the link was still not established.

I cannot find a means of manually establishing the link.

You can manually establish the link by setting the 'viewer' entry in the Arcv2CAD ini file called A2C25.INI.

1. Locate A2C25.INI in the folder where Arcv2CAD is installed
2. Edit A2C25.INI using a plain text editor such as Notepad
3. Set the path to the CAD Viewer exe file using the 'viewer' entry in the [Arcv2CAD] section. E.g.

[Arcv2CAD]
viewer=c:\program files\cadviewer5\viewer5.exe
