Could not load image...

Hi,

I am using cadviewer 5.0.

When I attempt to open a drawing which has a graphic (customer logo) I am promted with the following alert:-

Could not load image: \\Directory\dwgs\logo.jpg
Error code -900

My logo then fails to show on the loaded drawing.

I never had this problem with any other previous versions of cad viewer. Any ideas how I can rectify this?

Hi Ste,

Can you check whether CAD Viewer will view the logo.jpg file by itself? (I.e. try and directly open the file \\directory\dwgs\logo.jpg)

If you get the same error, then would it be possible for you to email the logo.jpg?

Ok, thanks for sending the file. Turns out a missing dll from our distribution was the cause of the problem. Please download the a software update (CV 5.0 A.21 or above) here, to fix it.
