Registered User Information

I am having a problem being that each time I open CAD2Shape it asks me to, once again, enter my exact name and keycode. It then says I am a registered user and allows me to finish. The next time I open it up it asks me the question again. Is there any way to let the software know that I am registered and to retain that info?

Hi,

The registration details should be retained under normal circumstances.

Check:

Immediately after the registration details are entered, quit CAD2Shape and restart CAD2Shape, is the registration retained?

If not, please correspond directly by email so that we can try and work out what is causing the problem.
