Printing to OCE Plotter Driver Fails

I have installed CadViewer 4.0A155 and the Trial of 4.5. The O/S is Windows2000 SP4 and the Printer driver is the OCE TDS320 Plotter WPD Driver version 1.14.

When using Cadviewer to print, their is an error that says: Viewer4.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows. you will need to restart the program.

Is there anyone who has run into this. I think it is a problem with OCE drivers, but this forum was easier to find and was available!

Just updating this thread for the record:

We were contacted by the Tech Support person. The problem was apparently a printer driver issue.

In general:

If a problem occurs with a particular printer, it is always a good idea to go to the printer manufacturer's web site to check for the latest printer driver for the printer.
