.dxf, .dwg and .shp to .xyz?

Cuurently I use dxf2xyz free software.It is quite useful.But is there any new dev .dll that support to convert .dxf, .dwg and .shp to .xyz?

... is there any new product that support to convert .dxf, .dwg and .shp to .xyz?(1) CAD2Shape does the conversion from DXF, DWG to XYZ. In the CAD2Shape 'Settings' dialog set the Output Format to 'XYZ'.

(2) Arcv2CAD does the conversion from SHP to XYZ. In the Arcv2CAD 'Settings' dialog set the Output Format to 'XYZ'.
