Problem of Font Direction in Convertion from CAD

We use The CAD2Shape to convert a dwg map to ESRI shp. the map's Language is arabic and has a SHX font.

Our Problem is about direction of the Text labels in converted shape file.
The text's charecter set and symbols converted correctly but in a mirrored style.

Could you help to correct this problem?
