Would it be possible to add a function to calculate area, line lenght etc from a polyline line / area tool.

Option to use existing points, lines etc as snap points is welcome, but ability to freehand draw the polyline/area is primary. Must be scale accurate and produce reliabale results.

Thankyou for the feature request!

Actually we already had an area tool in the planning, and so it confirms the need. But we will also add in the polyline length option as per your suggestion. Of course the length of existing Polylines and Lines in the drawing is already given using Inquire Curve and Inquire Line, but I understand the need to draw a path and then measure the distance, and so we will do that. I would hope that these items will be in a software update scheduled for July (in the CAD Viewer 'Markup' version.)
