How do I get support for modified SHP (shx) font files. (I am Using Acad R13)
I have special characters for fractions which do not show up in cadviewer.

I tried putting my shx file into the cadviewer folder, but still can't see my fractions. Are shx files supported and if so, what else do I need to do?
thanks !!

Hi faastmaan,

The current software does not directly read SHX files. Instead it uses its own format .SYM files, shipping with most common SHX fonts.

If you have a custom SHX, or one that is not showing up correctly, please email a sample file, and your SHX file or files. We will either send you back the mapping to use (set in DXF.INI) or the equivalent .SYM files to your .SHX files.

A later version of the software will directly read .SHX, but unfortunately at the moment the only way to do it is as described above.

thanks,
Paul G
