Printing problem

When using CADviewer 4.0 and attempting to print a drawing to an HP DesignJet plotter (650/750) all that prints out is a 1.5" strip of paper.

I would advise to make sure that you have got the latest version of CAD Viewer 4.0 (A.101 as of this post) here.

Also make sure that you have the most up to date driver for the printer. It can be downloaded from the HP web site:

http://www.hp.com

We have had a couple of similar reports in the past (but over 1 year ago) when printing a raster image to an HP printer. These problems were solved by getting the latest driver from the HP web site.
