I have some dwg drawings that are not displaying the +- symbol consistently. Instead of +- it is displaying ~ over n. I am sure this is created by different people working on the drawing and entering the + over - differently. Is there a way the software can correctly display it in this mode vs the ~n (~over n)?

Hi,
Please first check that you are running the latest CAD Viewer 4.0 software - it should be 4.0 A.120 or above.

If you are running the latest software and the problem occurs, then we would probably need to get hold of one of your drawings that shows the problem. It may require us to set up a specific mapping so that the characters display correctly.
thanks

How do I get my file to you. I attached my file to the email that was sent to me when you first replied to my question and sent it back. I don't know if you received it.

It seems the that your email somehow got buried in the software support inbox. My apologies for that. We have now tracked it down, and are investigating the problem, and hopefully will have a resolution shortly.

Hi,
Please find a software update here that should fix the problem. Click the 'Maintenance' link, CAD Viewer 4.0 A.128.
