With several drawings open, what is the fastest way to set the prints in a particular order? I need to print drawings in sets in a defined order.

Hi,

A particular group of drawings can be selected in the 'Drawings Print Selection' dialog. This dialog is accessed from the Printer Setup dialog. In the 'Drawings Print Range' group select 'Drawings List' and then click the 'Select' button. (see pic top)

In the 'Drawings Print Selection' dialog re-arrange the print order using the Ctrl + Up/Down Arrow keys. Select drawings to be printed or not by clicking the printer icon next to each drawing name. (see pic bottom)

Finally if you know in advance which drawings in the list you want to print, then a shortcut is just to type the drawing numbers in the edit control just below the 'Select' button. (see pic top again)
