Add users to existing licence

Hi,
We bought, some days ago, a licence of three user. Some days after, we realized we were using the Batch Extension while using the trial, and that it wasn't in our purchase, so we add the Extension to the already existing licence. Everything went really smooth.

But today, we understood that we'd need five user on our licence, so two more. Since there is a price change at 5 user, I'd like to add it to the existing licence. And a new licence would force us to buy (again) the Extension.

I found the forms about buying a new licence, about adding the Extension and about converting from another version. In this last form, we can add more user than what we had. But since we bought it some days ago, that's the same version.

Is there an easy way to do it, I'd appreciate to find an alternative to the "30 Day Money Back Guarantee" and then buy it again.

Enter the Quotation No. as 'CV005BATCH'.
Enter the price as USD '93.00'. (5 user license 360 - 3 x 89)
In the 'Comments' box at the end of the form put 'Upgrading current 3 user CAD Viewer + Batch Command license to 5 user CAD Viewer + Batch Command license.'
