After installation, PDF-XChange will add 3 buttons to your MS Office Application (the three 'books' shown in the sreenshot above).

These three buttons activate the following functions:

1. 'Convert to PDF' ( the current document in view will be converted to a PDF file)
2. 'Convert to PDF and Email' ( converts document to PDF and emails the generated PDF file)
3. ' Settings' ( allows you to set up your parameters - too many to discuss here!)

Also, additional settings relevant to MS Office applications have been added to PDF-Xchange.
