Technical Support

If you are having problems using your serial number to remove the demo stamp when printing - please copy/paste this in the installer rather than type. This way you have less chance of making an incorrect entry.

Requests for support for PDF-XChange software are done entirely via the Forum page. It is important that you supply a description of the problem and some basic information of the environment the software is operating in as this often makes it easier to solve your problem.

Licensing Support:

If you are having a license related issue - email for support, providing all your purchase info - not just your License and serial number. ( Please ensure that you write the name of the PDF-XChange product you want help with in the 'Subject' field of your email, otherwise the spam filter will treat your email as non-genuine and delete it !)
