We encourage users to post questions directly to the support forum in preference to requesting support via email. The support forum is regularly monitored by us and you will get an answer just as quickly as sending an email. The advantage of posting to the forum is that other users will also be able to benefit by seeing the question and answer.
Getting the latest software version
We are updating the software on a regular basis. All updates are free to registered users who purchased the software within the last 12 months. Simply go the download page and download the latest software. (If there has been a major upgrade since your last download you may also need to request a new keycode.)

If you have discovered a software error, it is always recommended to download the latest version of the software prior to reporting the bug, since chances are it has already been fixed.
The complete Arcv2CAD user manual is included in the download software. Open the Help file via Start > All Programs > Arcv2CAD 6.0 > Arcv2CAD 6.0 User Guide.

Report a Software Error
Please send as much detail as possible about the problem being experienced.
- include the exact version of the software, i.e. as displayed in the user interface Arcv2CAD 'About' dialog, or as reported by the function call init_arcv2cad.
- send the switch settings used for the translation
- if a bug is demonstrated by, or only occurs with a particular shapefile, then the complete shapefile, e.g.sample.SHP + sample.SHX + sample.DBF (zipped into a single .ZIP file) should be sent if at all possible.
